how can i help heal a hickey? ( it is on my neck) i covered it up with concealer but you can still see a little bit of it, i NEED it gone!!😭😭

Haha girl I was there very recently. Wet like 5 spoons and put them in the freezer. While they freeze put some olive oil on a thick fold of paper towels or a rag and put in the microwave for 15 seconds, place on the hickey (make sure it's not too hot) when it cools down, massage the area with gentle circle motions then grab a frozen spoon and apply to the area until it's no longer cold, then get another spoon, and do if again. I did this process 2-3 times a day and it went away fast. Also hard candy has a great heavy duty concealer for cheap that comes with a tattoo cover pencil.

I bought Arnica Montana from Sprouts, they're just little pills and I used them to help get rid of my hickeys quickly. Within a day the bruises turned yellow so they were easier to cover with concealer

Maybe if it's swollen then ice it to reduce the swelling
But use foundation or concealer along with powder and try to cover it with clothing.
Sometimes hot showers work too because they allow the blood to flow under the skin .. which clears up the bruise fast
