diet pills whilst ttc ?.?

so I am very short about 1.5m tall and i weigh 79kg.. my husband and i are trying now for 3 months to get pregnant.. i started wih the secret fat burner today and i would like to know will it decrease my chances of conceving ?

Diet pills are basically speed. You are an adult. If you want to take something a little risky to you then okay, but do not take those and get pregnant. 
I'd say the most important thing you can do while TTC is stay healthy. 
Besides, once you conceive your weight loss will reverse itself.

I know at least in the US dietary supplements aren't regulated by the fda so I don't think I would take them. if you are going to still take them do research on every ingredient to make sure if doesn't cause problems in early pregnancy.
