I'm pretty sure I saw my boyfriend go through one last night. He DOES NOT BELIEVE ME which is the most scary detail of this. His family has a history of diabetes and he eats horribly (tattoo artist diet). He was slamming a gallon of sweet tea (he's within his first year of being down south, so it's a new obsession ha) and ~dancing~ in front of me, before sitting down and still doing the same hip/arm movements before blacking out, but I guess now he didn't realize what was happening at this point.

His eyes were closed and his head started to tilt to the side. His hands were still kinda up and they and his legs started to shake. His dog and I at the same time leaned into him and I rubbed his face and said his name. He didn't respond AT ALL. I started shouting his name and his tongue started to come out of his mouth while his mouth made movements. He then "woke up" and smiled and I told him "I'm gonna fucking kill you for doing that" and he got upset and asked what he did wrong, and went back out again.

Same thing. Shaking, closed eyes, tongue out, no response. His ear lobes started to go grayish and he started to SWEAT so bad!! I kept asking him questions and he kept mumbling gibberish back to me. Every time he opened his eyes they were red and almost no pupil at all. He also kept saying "yes ma'am" in his "sweet voice". I asked him to sit up so I could go get his sister (a nurse), and I guess with my luck he *came to* right at this moment and asked why was I leaving and if we were gonna watch a movie (like we had planned). I walk back over to him to look at his eyes and he takes me by the waist and sits me on top of him & starts kissing my neck and forces me down under him. He's still mumbling gibberish things to me.

I push his hair back and keep wiping his forehead and I asked him "did you take anything". He has a history of substance abuse plus a shit ton of dental problems (so many exposed nerves with his teeth), so every day I'm scared he's gonna relapse and not be honest about it. I saw his pupils dilate to a normal size and he said "what?", I asked him again and his voice sounded like himself and he got offended and said he wished he had something to take & fell face forward on top of me and went out again. I couldn't move. He kept mumbling again and his eyes were fluttering.

I rubbed his forehead/cheek and kept telling him "baby please stay awake" and he woke back up and got up, and started to walk around again. He kept saying how he's hurt I think hes shooting up and asks "everyone down here looks at me and thinks I'm a fucking junkie when I'm trying not to be. I didn't take anything"

A few minutes after this, he stops walking around and rubs his face/eyes for a moment and looks at me and says "wow I just got really fucking tired out of no where".

I told him how he passed out & he doesn't believe me. He keeps saying he didn't pass out, and mentions how we were gonna watch a movie/ have sex which is what the only viable parts of whatever this was happened. Everything else he argues and says it didn't happen.

Now I'm terrified because if he doesn't believe me, then the possibility of this happening when he's driving is obviously super high 😢😢😢😢.

What the FUCK do I do???? He's definitely not a doctor type of person. He doesn't believe me. He won't improve his diet or drink water. What can I do? Is there anyone who has been through this before a diagnosis? What did it take? Should I try to sneak in a discussion with his sister? I'm so lost and worried right now.
