Hey Ladies, I have psoriasis and was out in direct sunlight at a football game Saturday afternoon without the option of shade. I of course got a nice sunburn on my face and arms. Sunday to combat the swelling and blistering on my face I took ibuprofen regularly, did cool compresses, applied aloe Vera gel, and drank a lot of water and powerade make sure I was hydrated. Some of the blisters started to drain and the swelling seemed to be better when I went to bed last night. However the swelling seems worse again this morning. I am trying to decide if I should go to urgent care or continue with my regimine at home? I have had a bad headache since saturday as well and can't get it to go away. If you have any experience with sunburnt psoriasis or a medical background please share your advice. Thanks, Nicole
