I'm currently on maternity leave and I know that when I go back to work it's going to lead up to me getting fired. Should I go back and get fired or should I quit before it happens? I have hated my job for about 3 years now and had been slacking off a lot while I was pregnant. I've been applying for other jobs while I'm on maternity leave but haven't received a call back or anything. What would be the smart decision to quit or get fired?
