I had my first ultrasound today and the sac showed something inside but the doctor couldn't pinpoint if this was the yolk sac or if the gestational sac was empty (indicating a blighted ovum). She said her best guess was that I was between 4-5 weeks along, which is why we didn't see much. I have to come back in 3 weeks for another ultrasound and they're doing blood work. Anyone else have something similar happen? I'm absolutely terrified.
