saying baby's head is stuck to gestational sac

does my baby's head look like it could be stuck to something I'm kind of unsure and too scared to believe it they are scheduling me to go to the children's Valley Hospital to the Maternal-Fetal Ward to do further testing and make sure that the baby is okay
