Asthma while running trouble...

You guys.... I NEED HELP! I love running an I think it's like the best thing ever a I even got $200 shoes for running, but I have a big problem. I can't even run 2 minutes (no joke) without having to stop and walk. I have really bad sports induced asthma that I got because I had pneumonia when I was little but it just now is getting worse. I have an inhaler, but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?
