TMI question.. but need answers

So about a year ago I thought I had a hemorrhoid. When I was at my yearly gyno visit I told her about it and she check, and nope. Not hemorrhoid. Then I started noticing a cyst like thing that was coming up. It isn't on my booty hole but a little higher up. It comes it goes. When I first starts if pretty uncomfortable but then two or three days later it will rupture and feel so much better. Blood usually shows up on the back of my underwear when it ruptures and shows up on toilet paper. I've googled it and it is some type of cyst. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Please say yes. 😩
