Mood swings

Anyone have crazy mood swings or get super down right before their period? This is my first time off the pill in 10 years and my spouse has been gone for the past three weeks and is expected to be gone another 45 days in Florida for the hurricane clean up. I usually don't have a problem with him being gone (he's in our states national guard) but these last two days have been really hard. I told him that and he made it seem as if I'm over reacting and is not sympathetic at all.
