IUD removal

I had my IUD removed on Friday (9/8), I had my sex that morning before the appointment. It was unprotected sex, and the doctor fully made me aware that semen can live up to 5 days, and that I can become pregnant. Well I had sex previously before that on 9/6, twice that night (unprotected), and then had sex before that on 9/1 (unprotected) as well. I just want to know if anybody has gotten pregnant like this before, and how soon did you get pregnant after IUD removal?
