What do you ladies do for a constant stuffy nose at night &a sickness?

My doctor told me I could only have Tylenol but it's not working and I wake up every night with a stuffy nose 😭 I need sleep, pregnancy is killing me. 
Help please 💕

Ive never been pregnant, but I get sinus stuff way more than I like. Netti pot for sure! Also look into essential oils (we have a diffuser that we love), ?my SO swears by putting his face in steam (never works for me though), I think there's a nasal spray called Ocean that is mostly just saline and safe for pregnancy. We also have this microwave head wrap thing that is AMAZING for sinus pressure. It's by thermalon and its like $10 on Amazon - HIGHLY recommend! Good luck💜

I sleep with my head raised up higher than normal and on the really bad nights I take one Benadryl

Local honey has the local pollens in it and helps my sinuses a lot! Hope ya feel better❤️

If it is a constant stuffy nose it might be swollen passages from your hormones and increased blood volume, in which case medicine may not help.

My doctor said sudafed was okay during pregnancy. It helped me so much!
