Heavy discharge

I always have a lot of white or yellow discharge and sometimes it smells but not always, but there's A LOT of it. Like sometimes it will go through my panties and my shorts and I'll end up with a small wet spot between my legs. I've tried panty liners but it they're not thick enough, and ultra thin pads have that weird plastic that makes my crotch sweat.

1. Does anyone else have this and 2. Any suggestions?
