Just curious my mom and friends are telling I'm suppose to be douching every month after my period. But then my sisters are telling I'm in not supposed to ever douch Sooo is it ok or not ok to douch?

Doucheing is a really old fashioned thing. It's not necessary and is actually bad for you. Don't do it.

Don't douche, your vagina is self cleaning. Douching can cause pelvic inflammatory disease and infertility. The FDA even makes companies print a warning on the box. Just wash the outside with gentle soap and warm water.
