Freaking out !!!

I had a D&C; exactly 8 weeks ago... I was having some weird brown spotting about 3 weeks ago that lasted about 10-12 days. I've had unprotected and protected sex a couple times in the past month. No we are absolutely not trying to get pregnant. I can't even imagine going through the process again! Now I'm TERRIFIED to be pregnant again. I do not want to be pregnant right now.. my life went in a spiral of bullshit since I had the d&c.; Could I just be hormonal and emotional because my period is about to start. Or what?!? IDK !!! These past 3 months have been the worst !!!
