34 Weeks and Struggling
I'm 34 weeks and have fibromyalgia, I've been off all my pain medication since I found out I was pregnant and have been doing fine without them.
Every now and again I was told I could take panadeine forte but I only really take it if I need. I'm getting a c section on the 11th so in 4 weeks but I'm struggling with the pain, my back is killing me to the point of tears and I'm struggling with walking.
Any ideas of how I can help ease the pain?
