Recovery girdle...
I just bought this girdle as a secondary one from the one I got at the hospital. I like it because I can wear it under my clothes when I leave the house without it looking bulky like the one I already have does.
It's only been 6 days since my csection and I'm wondering if it's safe to use something that's right like this around my bell and csection wound.
