How Often Do You Wash Your Hair?

Just curious since I go every couple of days and quite a few of my friends judge me for it.

I have to wash it everyday because I have the unfortunate pleasure of having very oily hair. So if I don't wash it one day then it just looks disgusting.

usually once a day but i can do every other day. Any more than that and i look like a drowned rat

I only wash my hair every three days, unless I get something in my hair, or it gets knotty, the only way for me to get knots out is to wash it

My hair is really thin and gets oily super fast so I have to wash it every other day at a minimum.

Everyday. My hair is super fine which means oil shows very quickly unlike if you have thick coarse hair. I tried to "train" my hair a few years ago after so many people yelling at me telling me how awful it is for me to wash it so often, despite my stylists always telling me how healthy my hair actually it. Well I looked like a sewer rat for a year and when I finally asked my stylist what the hell was going on him and two of the other stylists in the salon laughed and told me that training your hair is an old wives tale. They told me if I want to wash it fine. If I want to try and use dry shampoo and have greasy hair fine. But in the end it's what works best for you. Which for me I can't be a greasy mess at work. I can skip a day occasionally and use dry shamp but that's about it.

Depends on what you mean by wash hehe. I have really curly yet fine natural (Afro) hair and it dries out incredibly easy. So I wet it every day/every other day w just water. I use shampoo and deep conditioner about once a week.
