Baby shower stress....

So I'm 25 weeks pregnant and 2 of my cousins had told me they were throwing me a baby shower. The days have passed by...even weeks... we planned on doing it in October but since the weather here is very unstable(it's going to be an outdoor baby shower) we decided in late September. It is now September 12 and I have not received financial help from either of them.. I like to have everything organized and not wait until last minute. I have asked them many times if they're going to help and they keep saying yes but never do.. I'm so stressed now because of this.. my husband is paying for everything. If I knew they weren't going to help, I wouldn't of gone through with it. The funny thing is, one of them keeps insisting she's the one making it happen when she hasn't bought anything!Ugh.. is it wrong of me to tell them to help?
