Men on clomid?!

Question

I obviously have PCOS 😑 my husband has low volume but everything else on his end is A 👌🏽. They ended up prescribing him clomid once a day from here on out. Have any of you ladies had the same thing with your spouse? I've never heard of clomid for men.

My husband had like no testosterone... which in turn caused extremely low sperm production.  The ejaculate looked like clear spit.  (Sorry.. gross but true!) We did one IUI without any meds and his post wash count was 5k!  5,000!  So we switched doctors and got things looked at!  He went to a Urologist and he was put on clomid for his testosterone.  He has been on 12.5mg of clomid for 3 months now and just did 7 days of an additional 50mg prior to our IUI.  This morning his post was was 430,000.  Obviously not the best, but it is so much better than 5,000!  Clomid has been amazing for him... mentally and physically.  We are crossing our fingers that our IUI this morning took!

I hadnt heard of men on it either until recently but Ive read a few different places about men being on clomid.
