help i feel sick

hi ok my period was the 16 -21 i was feeling good , yesterday i started with nausea and a really bad headache . Today i have more nausea and i started bleeding but my period its until the 29 ' and im having reqlly bad nausea if is my period can it be 14 days early ? or could i be preggnant ??
