Youth group game ideas?

I help lead a grade 8-12 youth group and in the past years the group played mostly high energy running games. Now most of those people have graduated and the youth that now attend are not as athletic and don't want to only play running games ( was mostly boys now mostly girls). ( long story but the group also got a reputation around town for being too rough, third of group played rugby or wrestled). Looking for calmer/ less running games for around 10- 30 youth. We have access to the whole church ( most weeks , sometimes only the gym) including a basement, the projector screen and computer , a small kitchen and a small gym with 2 basketball hoops, assorted sports balls, tables,wooden chairs, and sometimes the grass field across the street.
