Dark veins in breast, early pregnancy sign???

Harlee • Hi I'm Harlee. I'm 20 years old & ive been TTC baby #1 for about 4 months now. My fiancé is an only child & wants to join the navy but doesn't want the bloodline to end so we decided to give it a shot😇❤️

So I noticed tonight after showering that i all of a sudden have dark veins in my breasts. A couple days ago they were super itchy. I also have a few dark rough spots on my nipples. Could this be an early sign???
