can someone help me to understand what's going on

Do I posted a few days ago that me period arrives, however today is day 3 and I am fighting to see my period if I insert a tampon u can see it it's there but other from that is not flowing or nothing and it's very light. So I up on a liner after I can home from work and took a shower which was before 12 midnight and it almost 5:00 a.m at the moment and this is all that came out.

That's all I have beening seeing from it started monday until now and it have me all confused and worried.
