Need some more sets of eyes

Ok so a couple weeks ago I took a pregnancy test & it was a solid negative, so I didn't think anything of it. Well me & my husband r trying 2 conceive baby #2 & Glow kept telling me my period would start this day & it wouldn't show up, no symptoms no nothing. So I took a pregnancy test yesterday & this is wat it shows up. I swear it looks positive but the second line isn't very dark. Could y'all plez help me out? Wat do y'all think it says, negative or positive? I have a doctor's appointment 2morrow 2 confirm if it's positive or not. **UPDATE** Found out 2day that it's official. I'm 6 weeks & 4 days pregnant & Due in May 2018 with me & my husbands second little 1. Thxs 2 all u lady's who helped me out with my pregnancy test.
