Take note that am 26 and my cycle are ok, I ovulate each months, I don't have any problems with my fertility. 
And the age of your partner don't have important effects for this intervention. My boyfriend have 45 and the Dr. Says it's ok !

When we saw the urologist, she said the pourcentage will be over 50% !!!

I will do my best to answer you because French is my first language. I am at the beginning of the procedures for this operation with my partner. We are in the province of Quebec. It will take at most 6-7 appointments in total. First, we saw a urologist who offered us two choices: either a reverse operation, at a lower success rate and a hard remission due to pain. Second, in vitro fertilization. Couple statement during this meeting and discussion of all the steps then follow. Second meeting this week where we will see a gynecologist. If everything is ok, the process continues. Third appointment, spermato removal for my spouse. Fourth appointments, prescription hormones to over-stimulate my ovulation. Fifth appointments, day of my ovulation, egg retrieval (10 to 15). Sixth appointments, implantation enbryon if successful there had to for fertilization.
