Anyone Gotten Pregnant W/ Nexplanon Implant?

I have had it in for 10 months with no issues, cramping, pain, side effects, etc. 
Was taking an antibiotic and did the deed (🤦🏼‍♀️) and have been cramping and feeling "off" since then. 
Is it possible?

I was on antibiotics for 20 days (ten days short of a whole month and had unprotected sex and did not get  pregnant

Haven't been taking any antibiotics, but the last few weeks (I've been period free since I got it last October) I've been cramping, feeling nauseous, somewhat sick to the tummy with bathroom issues. But I took a test and it came out negative. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don't know if it's a common occurrence after a while if having it, but it sucked having that pain.

Same. I have been on antibiotics for a week and done the deed like 5 times.

With antibiotics it is possible. Happened to me but I didn't know and I miscarried very early. Def take a pregnancy test if you're worried.
