Week 9 ultrasound

Hi ladies!!

I had my first ultrasound today at week 9. The person doing the ultrasound said everything is alright (heartbeat, baby size) and then later my sister asked me if i could see the fingers but i couldnt recognize feet and finger in that ultrasound. What was your experience at week 9?? Can the reason be because my bladder wasnt full or what??
