Help to get head engaged?!!

Question

Been to see my midwife today and I'm due in 3 days and she's told me how high the head still is! I've been bouncing on my ball. What can I do to get my baby's head engaged? Also does this mean baby isn't ready to come out yet?!

I've read people's baby's heads won't be engaged at all but a couple days later they drop down in and go into labor !
