Subchorionic hemorrhage

I started bleeding Monday very little and called the office and they said pelvic rest etc let them know if it gets worse, so yesterday I get to work and felt a small gush, and sure enough bright red dripping more than just spotting, went for an US and was so so relieved to see the baby and the heartbeat.. I'm still bleeding a little today more gross brown old blood not bright red, but I'm still worried about the hemorrhage, they didn't say to rest or anything just that it'll heal within a few weeks... Anyone else have this and continue their normal life? I have a bachelorette party tonight at a casino... Worried about walking around etc if it'll be harmful?
