advice please

so I've completely missed my period been feeling sick, sore boobs, unusual amount of headaches, getting slight cramps, and a week before my period was due i had very little spotting not enough to be even a light period it's was just light pink and only saw it when i would wipe or I didn't bleed at all. I've taken pee tests and one blood test all negative and I've tried asking my doctor what else it could be because my periods are always on time and all she said is some times women are just late. and I tried telling her this is not normal and I'm worried because i have a history of miscarriages and all she said was give it 3 months and if I still have no period to call her back and then they will run tests. so if anyone could please help me with some advice i would appreciate it so much ❤
