Ectopic pregnancy

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years now. Back in December I had my first miscarriage then a second one in early march. I found out in June I was pregnant and within a week started to spot so I called the doctor and after going for blood work every 2 days and weekly ultrasounds it was an ectopic pregnancy. I opted for mtx injections and only needed 1 round of it. I have heard from multiple people that either I will have a lot of trouble getting pregnant going forward and others say as long as I give my body time to heal I should be fine. My husband is in the army and just left for his second deployment and I am currently on AF so I will have a solid 9 months to heal. Any advice? Just looking for some positive advice about trying again when he comes home next July.
