My last pregnancy ended with a blighted Ovum which is a miscarriage of sorts... but you dont know youve had a miscarriage with a blighted ovum, no signs, no symptoms, everything continues as normal. its where your fetus dies but the sac continues to develop even though the baby may have long ago perished leaving an empty sac to see on your scan... until i hear a heartbeat at least i cant stop thinking that it will happen again 😟
