Natural remedies???

Does anyone know any natural remedies for horrible headaches, I’ve always had chronic migraines but I opted out of my prescription medication due to pregnancy. If anyone knows any natural ways to relieve headaches please share 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Some caffeine to open your capillaries. Is that natural? I've also heard of putting your feet in warm water while simultaneously putting a cold pack on the back of your neck, base of your head. This will draw the blood away from your head, downward which should help

Tylonal, some caffein and lots and lots of water!! I also put an ice pack on my neck and try to get some rest. I know it's super frustrating dealing with them while pregnant. Hope you get some relief!!

There's a pressure point in between your thumb and index finger (in like the webbed part) if you push on it for 15 minutes or so it's supposed to help ❤️

A good quality essential oil, peppermint is good for headaches. Diffuse or dilute and put on temples/across forehead

Sniffing lavender and peppermint essential oils can help a little bit, in an aromatherapeutic way. 
A cold cloth on your head and/or neck. 
Taking a magnesium supplement can help a lot. It's been a huge help for me and it worked great for my mom with my last two sisters. 
And if you don't have any other issues with it, Tylenol is safe during pregnancy up to 4000mg a day which I think equates to taking it roughly every 4-6 hours.

Caffeine..... the only thing that helped. I refused caffeine with my first pregnancy but I asked my doctor and she recommended caffeine. She said top beurologists recommend that and also to eat the caffeine from coffee instead of like a Coke or something. You can have up to 200mg a day. Coffee has 60-90mg  good luck. Probably not as natural as you had hoped but ... it's the best option.
