Shoes with arch - for no arch feet?

Girls seriously help 🙈 lol
I have zero arch in my foot! 🚫
Please don't suggest support inserts because they don't help correct your feet it is just basically a bandaid for the problem.  
So, I'm looking for a shoe that has a good amount of arch to it. Options??
& this may sound silly or dumb to some but ANYTHING besides a high heel hurts my feet - like all day hurt - and then causes more strain to them addition to my back. If you think about it, it's science make sense, because high heels have a arch. Flip flops, converse, flats, boots or some tennis shoes even don't have a arch. 
And to any LMT - I'm starting my job soon and this is what I need it especially more than ever for, so if you could help a gal out 😉☺️🙃😘

High heels do not have arch support. I think you may have a problem with your Achilles' tendon. High heels hold your foot in such a position that shortens the Achilles' tendon, so if wearing heels alleviates pain, and wearing flats causes pain, there's a good chance you have tendonitis or a shortened tendon. I would see a podiatrist.

I had to get inserts  I don't have an arch at all. My inserts were a little under $300 out of pocket.

You can get inserts that are specifically made for you. They're not cheap though from what i hear. Sneakers other than fashionable sneakers and converse typically have arch support in them

I have zero arch and I prefer shoes with no arch support. If you have health insurance, I suggest going to a podiatrist and get custom made shoe inserts.

You can try foot levelers; they are custom inserts and have worked for my family. They are around $300 but I cant walk without them. You can get shoes with them too but you will be looking at about $500 instead
