my dogs getting cruel

I know it sounds dumb but since my pregnancy started I thought my dogs will try to protect me more, but no they have bite me, do a lot of things around the house to make me upset, noise everytime, I gave them the same attention as always, but it seems they want the baby gone, is very sad to me because I being struggling with my partner to not give them away, because he is afraid they may attack our baby, however everytime I defend them they do something to make me regret that desicion.

I don't get it?! is like both are ungrateful or disconsidered with me.

anybody had this kind of experience??!! so sad because they treat me like the enemy.
