sore breasts since ovulation, possible sign?

is this wishful thinking or could tender breasts since ovulation (I'm 6DPO) be an early indicator I might be pregnant? I had really sore nipples during and 2 days after, now my breasts just ache. I know implantation is unlikely to have happened yet if it was going to so assume not but can't help wonder!
