After my first pregnancy (still birth at 32 weeks) I was diagnosed with Antiphospholipid Syndrome which can cause clots miscarriage and still birth.

I take lovenox (heparin) to keep my blood thinned and prevent clotting.

It's still very early in my second pregnancy (4 weeks 3 days) and so far I've had bleeding twice. The first I'm almost positive was implantation bleeding which I didn't experience with my first. Now today I'm spotting bright red.

I'm just curious if anyone else has been or is on Lovenox and experienced more bleeding during pregnancy than when you did prior to taking lovenox.
