non doubling hcg please any advice

i should be 5 weeks and 2 days along i found out a little over a week ago that i was pregnant my first hcg was 30 and 48 hrs later it went up to 37 then again 48 hrs later 42.4 and then 48 hrs later it was 46. Dr says non viable pregnancy but i feel great and the numbers are going up so i had another ultrasound 3days after last hcg and i also had hcg levels checked they made the biggest jump so far up to 56. Dr still says non viable and hcg and another ultrasound in a week. Do we have any hope for this pregnancy or is it a complete loss?
