Progesterone and Spironolactone

So cliff notes background:

Been on birth control since 18 years old. Got off in January (I'm 25, so I was on it for 7ish years). Found out I was pregnant in April, unfortunately ended in a chemical pregnancy and I miscarried a week later. Ever since the mc, my periods have been super irregular and taking longer and longer to come (last cycle AF didn't show until CD 38 🙄). So I went in to be tested for PCOS and got an ultrasound and blood work. Ultrasound was normal, all diabetes markers were normal, all hormones were normal except my testosterone. It's slightly elevated. And she said there were no markers for PCOS.

My OB has now prescribed me progesterone tablets to start taking on CD 20 and take for 10 days for my irregular cycles. And she's also prescribed spironolactone for the elevated testosterone.

My question is, has anyone experienced this and not have PCOS like me? Anyone had issues conceiving while on these meds? Did they help at all? Any insight y'all have would be so greatly appreciated!! Please help a sista out!!
