I don't understand 😫

This is my 3rd day late and AF is showing no signs of showing up. I tested the day AF was due and BFN, tested again today and still BFN. I have never in my life been this late before (latest was 30 day cycle) it's now been 31 days. What is going on?! Any insight would be appreciated.
