Does this sound like preeclampsia?

The past week my BP has been elevated, and I've had severe headaches that won't go away, I am on a medicine for headaches but it is not helping, I have been nauseous and vomited a few times and have been seeing like spots and having blurry vision occasionally. My last few readings have been 135/87,143/83,152/84,129/88,138/83,145/93 should I wait until my doctors appointment to bring it up(in 6days) or should I call and just mention it? Does it sound like preeclampsia? I'm only 27w5d.
