First miscarriage

So I went to the doctors last Friday and was supposed to be 10 weeks but was only 6w2d. They said there was a chance I could have twins. I went back today and they only saw one baby but it hasn't grown and there still isn't a heartbeat. I'm so heartbroken... I have no family around to share this time with which makes it even harder. They told me I have to pretty much wait until my body recognizes it's a miscarriage or take medicine to start the process😭💔 it just sucks feeling like I'm alone in this..
