My mouth tastes like a bunch of pennies. Wtf

For over three weeks I've been very very nauseous. I actually went to the hospital it was so bad. They tested me for a bladder infection and said that wasn't it. The dr asked if I was pregnant I said "not that I know of". He said they couldn't tell so I should test again in a week. He asked about my period (which I was on at the time).

I never took a pregnancy test because I'm scared to get my hopes up. The nausea comes and goes. It hasn't been so bad lately. I've been peeing a lot too, which I've been thinking it's because I drink coffee. Yesterday and today I've been MAJORLY depressed and I'm desperately trying to hold myself together while at work. About an hour and a half ago I got this disgusting taste in my mouth. It tastes like I'm sucking on a bunch of pennies. I looked that up and apparently it's associated with pregnancy.

Just looking for some advice and to see if anyone has had similar experiences.

Update: I took a dollar tree pregnancy test and it was negative. Doesn't explain what's been going on. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
