Is it possible?

So I have an abnormal period I have never hit it every month it's usually every other month. So my last day of my last period was in July. I am tracking my cervix and it looks like I ovulated September 2. But I had sex the next day. Is it possible to get pregnant the day after ovulation? How soon can I take a test?
