He broke up with me on text but we're still together ?

So after spending all night in my bed with my boyfriend who I live with I woke up to a text from him whilst he was at work saying he couldn't do this anymore he doesn't feel the same anymore etc - I was of course devastated with our first holiday a couple of weeks away and I'm living with him etc ,I started to pack but he came home and explained he said it all because he was in a bad mood with me because I was being grumpy ATM (I've had the flu) ... anyway I just wanna know how to feel ?! I'm now paranoid and tbh upset 😔
