6w5d anyone else close?

I found out at my first drs appointment 6w3d that we are having twins!! We ha e two girls so this is all new to us.  So bloated! And now my pouch that was already there is bigger. Anyone else close to me? My due date is Dec 6th but my Dr said I will probably go 3 weeks early so they  will be here in November!
