Symptoms gone?
8w1d today and over the last few days my symptoms (sore boobs and morning sickness) seem to have disappeared. Scan at 7 weeks showed baby with strong heart beat but the lack of symptoms has me worried. Anyone had this before? Worth telling midwife??
