Panicking Slightly

Okay, I am sooooo confused. I thought I was out for the month, started AF and everything. AF was lighter than normal and no clotting. It lasted a day less than normal but day 1 was severe pain that brought me to my knees at least once, but I never got a positive so I went with it. However, I have been nauseated for the past several days, to the point I thought I had a bug. Today getting out of the shower I almost fainted and ended up laying on the bathroom floor to ease the darkness. So, I decided to test again today. This is what I got..... advice would be greatly appreciated...
