I just had the worst experience at Walmart. My son who is 17 months old hates being in the basket and he usually screams at the top of his lungs, which I understand is extremely annoying and we are trying to work on it. Well like always he was screaming and crying and out of no where this older lady looks at me and tells me "that kid, make him stop. If he were my kid I would kill him and then throttle him....you need to that under control". I honestly was so shocked by her statement!! I exchanged some words with her and I was, of course, crying in the process. There was another older lady that heard the whole thing and proceed to tell this women that she was a rude bitch and another women came up and talked to me to tell me that she was on my side and she understand exactly what we were going through. The manger of the store was upset and they were trying to find her and to escort her out but I'm not sure if they found her or not. I understand hearing a screaming child in the store is no fun and can be disruptive but I really was trying to get things under-control. We've had a pretty hard week and this just made me feel even worse! People should lift each other up, not tear them down! — feeling defeated.
